REFUND POLICY:
We are grateful for your participation in purchasing a membership and with purchasing attendance at one of CSOM’s CME courses that are offered. The Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine is not in a position to offer refunds on the purchase of a CSOM membership. However if a qualified physician cannot attend a CME course for whatever reason he/she may transfer the registration to another qualified physician without any additional cost, by informing the CSOM Executive Director of the name and contact information of the new attendee one week ahead of the CME date.

The Colorado Society of Osteopathic Medicine (CSOM) takes every precaution to protect our information. We use SSL encryption to protect information on line. We also do everything in our power to protect our database off-line. All information is restricted in our offices. Employees must use password protected screens when they enter the database. The server we store personally identifiable information on is kept in a secure environment. We obtain educational information only from primary sources and the ability to change any information I the Masterfile is restricted to a small number of employee.
